* Fees are quoted on a therapy hour which involves 50-55 mins of contact time to allow time for record keeping.

Fee increase notice

The hourly fee will increase to $200 on 1 July 2024 for both individual and couple sessions. The concessional fee with remain at $165. If this increase will cause financial stress that affects the continuation of your existing therapy please raise the matter.

FACE-TO-FACE or TELEHEALTH

With a current GP Mental Health Care Plan and referral letter a Medicare rebate of $93.35 applies after payment in full. Eligible clients may claim Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions in a calendar year.

Private Health rebates may apply. Please check your ancillary cover schedule.

A GP referral is not required in the case of clients who privately fund.

$165 Individual Hour (concession)

CONCESSIONAL FEE applies when presenting a current Health Care Card for recipients of a Commonwealth Government pension. This represents a reduction of 30% off the gap (uncovered) portion of the normal fee.

Couples attending relationship counselling are not covered by Medicare.
